Description; The contract is to carry out the minor earthworks, drainage, storm water quality pond, parks, retaining walls, roading and reticulation for 110 residential lots of approx 450m2 each. The program requires part of this work to be completed in Oct 2017 so works have continued over winter and careful planning has been required to date to address the very wet 2017 winter. The experienced site crew has skilfully constructed drainage, roads and reticulation. Erosion and sediment control has been rigorously planned and executed and the Auckland Council has allowed work all winter via a closely monitored winter works plan.
Project Scope; Ross Reid performed the role of main contractor to the principle, under a full contract as per NZS 3910:2013.
